Location: 1789 Harvey Avenue suite 214, Kelowna, BC V1Y 6G4
Salary: $45.50 per hour

Tasks
- Developing and implementing strategic plans to enhance operational efficiency, quality standards, and productivity across both company locations.
- Overseeing and managing key departments, including project managers, the administrative team, and the sales team. Providing mentorship, setting performance goals, and fostering a culture of accountability and professional growth.
- Ensuring effective allocation of resources across projects to meet deadlines and client specifications, balancing workloads between residential, custom renovation, and commercial construction projects.
- Cultivating strong relationships with repeat clients and new customers by maintaining a high standard of service, addressing client feedback, and promoting long-term loyalty and new business opportunities.
- Managing budgeting and financial planning for projects, working closely with the finance team to ensure cost control, project profitability, and alignment with financial targets.
- Establishing and enforcing standardized processes across both locations to ensure consistency in quality, compliance with industry regulations, and adherence to health and safety protocols.
- Identifying and pursuing opportunities for business growth, using market analysis and client insights to expand the company’s portfolio of custom renovations, home construction, and commercial projects.
- Monitoring industry trends, assessing potential risks, and ensuring the company’s practices comply with local regulations, safety standards, and best practices in construction and contracting.
- Collaborating with the business owner in high-level decision-making, focusing on setting and achieving long-term goals, resource planning, and exploring strategies for sustainable growth.
- Overseeing recruitment and workforce planning to support current and future project demands, ensuring that both locations are staffed with skilled professionals to maintain productivity and quality.
- Analyzing operational performance metrics to identify areas for improvement, implementing changes to optimize project timelines and resource utilization.
- Leading initiatives to implement new technologies, tools, and software that enhance operational efficiency, project tracking, and client communication.
- Ensuring clear and consistent communication across all teams to improve workflow, coordination, and overall morale.
