Job Description:
The Project Manager at Bee Line Wildlife Control Inc. plays a crucial role in overseeing wildlife management projects from inception to completion. This position requires specialized expertise in coordinating various aspects of wildlife control, including planning, resource allocation, and compliance with regulatory standards. The Project Manager ensures that all projects are executed efficiently, within budget, and according to safety protocols. They are responsible for liaising with clients, managing field teams, and resolving any issues that arise during the project. Their role is pivotal in maintaining high standards of service and ensuring successful outcomes in wildlife control operations.
- Project Planning: Develops detailed project plans outlining objectives, timelines, resource requirements, and budgets specifically tailored for wildlife control projects. - Team Coordination: Manages and coordinates field teams, including wildlife control technicians and biologists, ensuring effective communication and collaboration throughout the project. - Resource Management: Allocates and oversees the use of resources, such as equipment and personnel, to ensure that wildlife control methods are applied effectively and efficiently. - Client Liaison: Acts as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs, providing updates, and ensuring that their expectations are met throughout the project. - Regulatory Compliance: Ensures that all wildlife control activities adhere to local, regional, and national regulations, including obtaining necessary permits and maintaining compliance with environmental and safety standards. - Issue Resolution: Identifies and resolves any issues or challenges that arise during the project, including technical problems, regulatory concerns, and client requests. - Performance Monitoring: Monitors project progress and performance metrics, implementing improvements as needed to ensure successful and timely project completion.

Job Requirements: Education, Credentials and Experience Requirement:
- Bachelor of Veterinary Medicine. - Post-graduate degree in Project Management with a focus on agile methodologies. - PSPO I and PSM I certifications. - Course or certification in leadership. - Experience in directing or coordinating wildlife rescue projects, with at least 5 years' experience in small to large companies. - At least 10 years' clinical or surgical experience to be able to direct the technical team in the right way.
Skills and Abilities:
- Solid knowledge of good management practices. - Ability to work in dynamic and challenging environments where quality and delivery times are of fundamental importance to customer satisfaction. - Ability to lead teams. - Experience in project companies, working in project management with large and public companies. - Ability to communicate with all levels of the project, from the client to the company's internal team. - Windows, Word, Excel, Internet, Power Point.
