Job Description:
[ DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES ]
1.Confer with clients to identify and document their business requirements and objectives.
2.Analyze existing information systems processes to identify areas for improvement and
increased efficiency.
3.Propose and design customized information systems solutions to enhance performance
and meet client needs.
4.Develop, integrate, test, and implement information systems business solutions.
5.Provide strategic advice on information systems strategy, policy, management, security,
and service delivery.
6.Act as a liaison between business units, technology teams, and support teams to ensure
alignment and effective communication.
7.Conduct thorough tests to ensure the reliability, accuracy, and functionality of system
changes and enhancements.
8.Manage and oversee the implementation of information systems projects, ensuring they
are completed on time and within budget.
9.Maintain detailed documentation of system processes, changes, and enhancements for
future reference and compliance.
10.Provide training and support to clients and internal teams on new systems and processes
to ensure smooth adoption and usage.

[ REQUIREMENTS ]
- Minimum a bachelor’s degree in computer science, business administration, information
systems is required.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business systems analysis or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to design and implement
customized information systems solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise between business
units, technology teams, and clients.
