Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable/Payable Specialist to manage the financial transactions and ensure accuracy in bookkeeping and records. The role involves processing invoices, managing accounts, and maintaining a seamless flow of payments and receivables.
Job Requirements:
Process and manage incoming and outgoing payments in a timely manner.
Maintain accurate records of financial transactions, including billing, invoices, and reconciliation.
Monitor accounts receivable to ensure timely collection of payments, and follow up on overdue balances.
Review and verify all invoices for proper documentation, approval, and coding.
Prepare financial reports and assist with month-end closing procedures.
Collaborate with the finance team to ensure efficient accounting processes.
