Job Description:

Your Responsibilities:
-Supervise, coordinate and lead the team to complete high-quality projects
- Inspect the quality of construction work and materials
- Identify the issue and resolve on-site construction issues in a timely and quality manner
-Coordinate work activities with sub-contract if needed
-Prepare projects schedule and progress report
-Requisition materials and supplies to ensure the smooth of the project
-Train and hire workers
-Be responsible for the safety training of construction workers
-Coordinate with the other supervisor and project manager to ensure the construction is completed on time

Job Requirements:

-College diploma required
-Experience: over 2 years experiences related to maintenance
-Experience managing multiple property sites or projects
-Strong leadership skills, ability to identify solutions
-Excellent communication skills
-Strong organizational skills
