Competitive pay $23.00- $26.00 /Hr based on Experience
We are seeking an experienced Foreman with a background in cellulose insulation and construction to join our team. If you have strong leadership skills, a valid driver's license, and experience in the building and insulation industries, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage insulation crews on various job sites.
- Oversee installation of cellulose insulation in new and existing buildings.
- Ensure safety regulations and company standards are followed at all times.
- Coordinate with project managers and contractors to meet project deadlines.
- Inspect completed insulation installations for quality control.
- Assist with material handling, job planning, and troubleshooting issues as they arise.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the insulation and building industries.
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
- Knowledge of cellulose insulation materials and installation techniques.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and crews effectively.
