Position Title
Financial Control Officer
Responsibilities
1. Communicate with the management members for the selection and implementation of accounting systems and software
2. Create and follow policies and procedures for accurate financial recordkeeping
3. Establish and maintain processes for identifying, reporting and managing internal cost factors
4. Manage payroll and communicate with employees regarding compensation, tax reductions and benefits and other related matters
5. Collect and organize financial data and review current and previous financial documents and records
6. Examine and analyze financial information and generate financial statements and performance reports
7. Review tax regulations, prepare income tax returns and ensure the accuracy of financial statements and records
8. Provide financial advice to the management for better financial practices and decisions
9. Meet with other department managers to prepare budgets
Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree
2. Two years or more of experience as a Financial Control Officer or in similar roles
3. Accurate, dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, judgement, organized, reliability
