Job Description:
- Under direction of the Chief Commercial Officer, work across all aspects of sourcing and executing a wide range of complex M&A, Equity and Debt transactions with the team.
- Prepare reports and presentation materials in relation to the day-to-day operations of FlexGen.
- Create and assemble presentations, pitchbooks/proposals, and other investment presentations.
- Interact closely with leaders, investors, and financial institutions on due diligence requests.
- Work with executive team to secure financial transaction engagement.
- Facilitate relationships with internal teams to gain insights and continue to build best-in-class financial models.
- Interact, manage, and build relationships with C-Suite level executives, senior management, and shareholders on a daily basis as part of executing the above-mentioned responsibilities.
- Act as point person for documentation reviews with various legal groups.
- Support cross-functional strategic projects.
Job Requirements:
- Master of Science degree in Applied Quantitative Finance or Finance.
- One year of experience in preparing technical analyses of client businesses including financial statement analysis, discounted cash flow analysis, leveraged buyout analysis, financial forecasting, and precedent and comparable company valuation analysis.
- One year of experience in providing strategic business advice, using qualitative and quantitative analyses.
- Proficiency in using S&P Capital IQ, Pitchbook, MergerMarket, Microsoft Office, VDR(Virtual Data Rooms), Macabacus, DealCloud, Adobe Acrobat Pro, AlphaSense, QuickBooks, and Bloomberg.
