Description:
• This position will provide analytical and logistical support for multiple, cross-functional projects simultaneously related to implementations, RFP responses, internal and external client audits, including timelines and work plans as needed.
• This position is responsible for data analysis, tracking, and reporting for specific clients, including clinical performance guarantees.
• Works in collaboration with other BSC teams to accurately review and validate client-facing data.
• Supports critical initiatives as assigned.
Qualifications:
Minimum:
• Bachelor degree or equivalent plus 4-7 years' experience with reporting and data analysis
• Strong skills with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Power Point, Word, and Visio
• Project planning and management
• Knowledge of systems in a production/operations environment
• Familiar with operational metrics
• Solid math and problem-solving skills
Preferred:
• Highly skilled in interpersonal verbal/written communications, presentations, math, analytical and problem solving.
• Familiar with database design and SQL server.
• Must have active listening skills and be self-managed with attention to detail
• Ability to synthesize information into a concise story
• Strong organization skills and business acumen
