Job Description:
Rejuvenation Dermatology needs one (1) Administrative Assistant who can start immediately.
Wage: $30.00 per hour for 30 – 44 hours per week.
Terms of Employment:
Permanent; Full-Time
Employment Conditions: Day; Overtime; Shift; Weekend

Education and experience:
Secondary school graduation certificate
Experience: Minimum of 7 months
Work Setting: Dermatology Clinic
Job Duties:
• Booking patient appointments, managing schedules, and ensuring the clinic operates efficiently without overlapping appointments.
• Greeting patients, answering phone calls, responding to inquiries, and providing general information about the clinic services and procedures.
• Maintaining accurate electronic and/or paper medical records, ensuring confidentiality, and facilitating the retrieval of patient information as needed.
• Verifying patient insurance coverage, processing insurance claims, handling billing inquiries, and coordinating payments.
• Monitoring and replenishing office supplies, ensuring necessary forms and paperwork are readily available, and coordinating with suppliers as needed.
• Supporting physicians and other staff with administrative tasks such as drafting correspondence, organizing meetings, and maintaining office calendars.
• Adhering relevant healthcare regulations and maintaining compliance with privacy laws.
• Managing incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and faxes and ensuring timely response to inquiries.
