Job Description:
The City of Pueblo wants to hire you as a Wastewater Utility Worker! A position that offers great benefits, competitive pay, and satisfying hands-on work. You will be trained to perform a variety of unskilled and semi-skilled manual labor duties and tasks to support the Wastewater Collection Division. As a Wastewater Utility Worker, you will be assisting with cleaning, maintaining, and repairing sanitary and storm sewers, manholes, drains and catch basins. Additionally, you will also operate light to heavy duty trucks and dump trucks to transport workers, tools, materials, equipment, and more.

Job Requirements:
A high school diploma or GED
A valid driver’s license at the time of application, and a valid Colorado driver’s license within 30 days of employment
License restrictions that may hinder your ability to drive on City business, such as an interlock, will be cause for disqualification
During the course of employment, a valid license must be maintained, and the employee must notify the City immediately upon changes to the status of their license
A minimum of one (1) year verifiable experience operating a computer using Microsoft Office products (equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered)
A minimum of six (6) months verifiable experience performing algebra-level mathematical calculations (equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered)
