Patent Specialist(Santa Ana, CA) Conducting thorough research to assess the patentability of new pharmaceutical inventions or improvements including reviewing existing patents, scientific literature, and regulatory requirements. Assisting attorneys in drafting patent applications for new pharmaceutical products, formulations, processes, or technologies including preparing detailed descriptions, claims, and drawings that meet legal and technical standards.
