Job Responsibilities-
1-Establish and implement policies and procedures.
2-Schedule and confirm appointments.
3-Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages.
4-Answer electronic enquiries.
5-Compile data, statistics and other information.
6-Respond to employee questions and complaints.
7-Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
8-Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations.
9-Perform data entry.
