Job Description:
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Environmental Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in preconstruction or project management, with a focus on water/wastewater projects.
- Proven track record of successfully managing the preconstruction phase of large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Strong understanding of water and wastewater treatment processes, systems, and infrastructure.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in cost estimation and project management tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
