Job Description:
Serves customers by providing product and service information, resolve customer and service problems. Ensure Technical Services team members are available and scheduled to support
customer needs in the field. Ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer needs, and maintain high customer satisfaction. Generate sales leads, build sustainable
relationships and trust with Customers. Handle customer complaints and follow up to ensure solutions. Manage customer support team to ensure customer satisfaction. Oversee customer
repair orders. Ensure customer employees are trained when needed. Assist technicians on service call repairs as needed. Direct work to appropriate Engineering resource. Open
communication with upper Management and Engineering. Continuous research of new technology. Collect operating data from customer machines as needed. Submit trip reports for all
sales support service calls. Comply with the requirements of the ISO 9001 standard under his/her responsibility and authority. Contribute to the effectiveness of the quality management
system and its continuous improvement. Supervise 3 Technical Support Engineers.

Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s or foreign degree equivalent in mechanical engineering or related field and 4 years of experience in the job offered or in industrial material handling. Special skills - Experience in ISO9001:2015 foundations and in the industrial machinery industry in a managerial role. Frequent domestic and occasional international travel required.
