Duties:
• Ensure that the financial department's function is planned, organized, directed, controlled, and evaluated.
• Make certain that company payments are collected promptly, while also overseeing financial planning and budget processes.
• Provide insightful financial analysis in close collaboration with business owners; support accounting department decision-making and budget planning; and adjust to shifting market conditions.
• Supervise day-to-day activities and oversee the creation and application of financial modeling tools.
• Prepare financial statements, summaries, and other financial management reports and cost-benefit evaluations, or oversee their creation.
• To guarantee that the business's financial policies, processes, and procedures are followed and maintained, create and update standard operating procedure documents.
• Provide recommendations for modifications to operating systems, budgets, financial reporting systems, accounting practices.
Job Requirements:
Requirements:
A bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics, commerce or a related field is required
4 - 5+ years of experience in accounting, auditing, budgeting, financial planning and analysis or other financial activities are required
Strong leadership and management skills
Advanced analytical skills
Skilled in standard General Accounting tasks (including use of spreadsheets) is required
