Position: Store Supervisor

Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Store Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep appreciation for luxury fashion, strong leadership abilities, and a dedication to delivering exceptional customer service. As a Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, managing staff, and ensuring the highest standards of service and store presentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales and meet store target by implementing effective sales strategies.
Supervise store daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, transactions handling, and scheduling etc.
Oversee inventory management, including receiving, organizing, and displaying merchandise.
Deliver exceptional customer service by engaging with customers, addressing inquiries, and resolving any issues professionally.
Authorize payments and the return of merchandise.
Maintain the stores visual standards, ensuring a clean, organized and attractive shopping environment.
Train new employees on store policies, procedures, and product knowledge, and provide ongoing support to existing staff.

Job Requirements:
Education: At least completion of secondary school.
Experience: At least one year professional sales experience; experience in a luxury or high-end retail environment is a strong asset.
Strong knowledge and passion for luxury fashion brands and trends.
Excellent customer service skills.
Demonstrated ability to lead and motive team members.
Ability to drive sales and meet targets through effective sales techniques and strategies.
