Job Description: Audacia Ventures Inc. is seeking a full-time, experienced Technical Service Sales Consultant (NOC 62100) to assist the company and promote our service for client base expansion. The ideal candidate must have experience with technical sales and B2B service to interact with various startup founders, entrepreneurs, and internal IT stakeholders at all levels.
Responsibilities: ● Provide clients suggestions on Audacia’s service and customized solutions, respond to customer inquiries over the phone, email and, in-person visit ● Develop and deliver sales presentations and proposals to clients, use effective questions to gather information, and build rapport with clients ● Serve and promote sales to both existing and potential clients, make regular follow-ups with them, and communicate the latest service package, price, and pain points ● Examine market opportunities and discover new potential customers, including evaluating sales methods and actively networking with others ● Conduct reviews of sales proposals, identify opportunities and solutions, and negotiate sales contract terms and prices with clients ● Handle clients’ complaints and issues, document and report them to the appropriate department as well as ensure clients’ satisfaction ● In charge of all aspects of sales, including pre-sale, quotes, contracts, and consulting with clients to provide after-sale follow-up. ● Continue professional development and learning new ideas in order to keep up-to-date with the latest service information ● Gather and report on sales conditions by accurately recording daily sales activities and conducting follow-up on sales activities including quotes and orders ● Exceed the sales targets to achieve revenue and profit goals by keeping the connection to present clients and discovering potential clients ● Provide recommendations on improvements in sales and service offerings to the management team
Job Requirements: ● Education of college diploma in computer science, engineering or other relevant disciplines is required, a university degree is preferred ● Able to effectively interact and cooperate with customers ● 1+ years of experience in B2B service and sales environment is required ● 1+ years of experience as a technical service sales consultant or similar role ● Effective problem solver and has the ability to multitask ● Ability to both work independently with minimum supervision
