About Penrose:
Penrose is the most unique nightlife trendsetting venue located in Downtown Saskatoon. Creatively designed, the space combines dance floor and VIP booths and booming colorful pop art. Perfect for groups up to 20, the modular furniture which can mold the booth to fit your group exclusively.
Role Overview: We are seeking an innovative and dynamic Event Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote events, boost brand presence, and create unforgettable experiences for our patrons.
Position: Event marketing specialist
Wage: $34.00 per hour
Work hours: 35 hours/ per week
Term of Employment: Permanent Full-time
Vacation: 15 Days of paid vacation

Job Requirements:
• Create and implement effective marketing strategies to drive event attendance and enhance our brand visibility.
• Manage and grow our social media presence by creating engaging content and fostering interaction with our audience.
• Organize and execute promotional activities, including advertising campaigns and strategic partnerships.
• Analyze market trends and customer insights to adjust and optimize marketing strategies.
• Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics, ensuring continuous improvement and effectiveness.
Qualifications:
• A degree in Marketing or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience in marketing, preferably within the nightlife or hospitality industry.
• Strong communication and creative skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
