Job Description:
POSITION TITLE: Manufacturing Manager

MAIN JOB DUTIES
Develop production schedules and duty assignments to ensure proper functioning
Evaluate daily operations
Maintain an inventory of raw materials and finished products to prevent shortages
Plan and organize daily operations
Read blueprints and drawings
Develop equipment maintenance schedules and recommend the replacement of machines
Direct quality control inspections
Hire, supervise and train or oversee training of employees in the use of new equipment or production techniques
Organize and maintain inventory
Plan and implement changes to machinery and equipment, production systems and methods of work
Plan and manage the establishment of departmental budget
Lead the development of the first mobile MRI trailers, working closely with the engineering team to design and prototype products that meet industry standards and customer needs.
Formulate and execute strategic plans to establish and grow the company’s operations in engineering, manufacturing, and sales of mobile MRI trailers from the ground up.
Manage the engineering, testing, and OEM certification processes for each new mobile MRI system, ensuring compliance with all necessary standards and regulations.
