Job Description:
Develop and lead the capital markets division for the company’s residential solar lending vertical; leads all asset-level financing and capital markets functions for the residential lending business; manage complex asset-backed transactions; identify, build, and manage relationships with the company’s capital partners and investors; create a roadmap for the company’s funding and capital markets strategy, including actionable steps to progressively reduce the company’ cost of funds over time; define transactional and enterprise-level KPIs; lead key aspects of the company’s ALM strategy, including interest rate risk mitigation, funding, and liquidity management; build and develop the capital markets team; and engage with other senior executives to define and manage overall company strategy and execution.
Job Requirements:
Master’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration or a related field with at least 4 years of relevant work experience in Finance, Treasury, and Capital Markets, asset-back securities deals and credit agreements with amortizing collateral, loan sales, loan valuations and pricing, and work with large data sets using SQL. Stated experience must include 2 years of experience in leading asset level financing and complex asset-backed transaction management.
