Responsibilities:
Detailed Specifications:Prepare comprehensive and precise specifications that outline design details, materials, and processes.
Multidisciplinary Collaboration:Work in a multidisciplinary environment, collaborating with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure cohesive project delivery.
Client-Centric Designs:Create interior spaces that align with clients needs, tastes, and lifestyle, ensuring functionality and aesthetic appeal.
Blueprint Analysis: Read and interpret blueprints, schemas, and drawings to develop accurate and effective design plans.
Client Consultations: Engage in detailed consultations with clients to understand their needs, preferences, safety requirements, and the purpose of the space.
3-D Models and Plans:Develop detailed plans and 3-D models to visually represent the arrangement of walls, dividers, displays, lighting, and other fixtures.
Technical Drawings: Produce detailed plans, elevations, cross-sections, and technical drawings to guide construction and installation.
Experience and Specialization:
Computer and Technology Knowledge:
Proficiency in 3D graphic software for creating realistic and detailed models.
Expertise in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop for designing and editing visual content.
Advanced skills in AutoCAD and SketchUp for precise architectural and interior design drafting.
Area of Specialization:
Interior design with a focus on creating harmonious and functional spaces.
Architectural design principles to ensure structural integrity and aesthetic coherence.
Specialized knowledge in kitchen design, understanding the unique requirements and trends in this space.
