Job Description:
Position Type: Full-Time Temporary(3 Years)

Responsibilities:
Production and Quality Assurance: Develop and conduct production, inventory, and quality assurance programs to maintain high standards of output.
Process Inspection: Regularly inspect processes to ensure compliance with safety and quality guidelines.
Production Oversight: Oversee production activities to ensure efficiency and adherence to schedules.
Design and Layout: Design plant layouts and production facilities to optimize workflow and productivity.
Work Studies: Conduct work measurement or other studies to improve processes and performance.
Health and Safety: Develop and carry out health, safety, and fire prevention plans, including conducting safety training programs.
Technical Development: Develop computer applications for machines and processes, enhancing operational efficiency.
Data Collection and Analysis: Collect, compile, and analyze operational or experimental data to inform decision-making and process improvements.
Procedure Development: Develop manufacturing and processing procedures to ensure consistent quality and efficiency.
Estimation and Reporting: Assist in preparing estimates, schedules, specifications, and reports.
Blueprint Reading: Read and interpret blueprints and drawings to ensure accurate implementation in production.
Experience and Specialization:
Computer and Technology Knowledge:Computer-aided design (CAD)
AutoCAD
Programming languages like C
Proficiency in MS Office suite (MS Access, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Windows)
Use of computer numerical control (CNC) machines
Industrial Processes and Studies:Product development
Development of production processes
Development of quality assurance programs
Work planning, estimating, measuring, and scheduling

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:Fast-paced environment requiring the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Attention to detail and the ability to distinguish between colours and sounds.
