Job Description:
Canada Education Technology College is looking for a software engineer to join our team.
Job Duties:
Collect and document users requirements,
Coordinate the development, installation, integration, and operation of computer-based systems,
Define system functionality,
Develop process and network models to optimize architectures,
Develop software solutions by studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes,
Evaluate the performance and reliability of system designs,
Plan every step of the integration of a computer-based system,
Prepare plan to maintain software,
Usability testing,
Conduct tests and perform security and quality controls,
Execute and document results of software application tests and information and telecommunication systems tests.
Terms of employment: Permanent position
Salary: $53.84/hour
Benefits: Dental plan, health care plan.
Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
Work Location: 348 Tranquille Road, Kamloops, BC, V2B 3G6
