Job Title:Immigration Attorney (Multiple Openings)
Job Duties: Prepare and file immigrant and nonimmigrant applications; Prepare Response to PERM audits, Requests for Evidence (RFEs), Notice of Intent to Revoke (NOIR) and Notice of Intent to Deny (NOID); Conduct legal research, review legal documents and advise clients.
Requirements: Master's degree (or foreign equivalent degree) in Law, or Juris Doctorate and one year of experience as an Attorney, Law Clerk, Associate, Advocate or a related occupation.
*Employer will accept a Master of Law (LLM) or Juris Doctorate (JD).
Must be Licensed Attorney in the State of California.
Wage Range: $239200.00/yr to $239300.00/yr
Job Site: 1754 Technology Drive, Suite 143, San Jose, CA 95110.
Hours: Full-time (40 hours per week)
