Tasks
Advise clients of their legal rights and all matters related to law
Research legal precedents and gather evidence
Draw up legal documents such as real wills, divorces and contracts, and prepare statements of legal opinions
Negotiate settlements on client’s behalf
Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law
Direct client contact
Drafting correspondence, pleadings, and legal submissions
Performing research, frequently on novel points of law
Contact with opposing counsel
Computer and technology knowledge: MS Excel, MS Office, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Windows
