Job Description:
Are you a dedicated and compassionate dentist looking to make a positive impact on a growing community? We are seeking a skilled Dentist with a minimum of 3 years experience to join Horizon Dental Care of Scranton, a thriving dental practice in Scranton, PA. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art facility with a supportive team focused on providing excellent patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
Patient Care - Provide comprehensive dental services, including preventive, restorative, and cosmetic procedures.
Diagnosis and Treatment - Diagnose dental conditions and develop effective treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
Patient Education - Educate patients on oral health, preventive care, and treatment options to encourage optimal dental health.
Team Collaboration - Work closely with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure a seamless patient experience.
Record Keeping - Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Job Requirements:
Education: DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
Licensure: Active and unrestricted dental license in the state of Pennsylvania.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience preferred, but new grads with residency are encouraged to apply
Skills: Proficiency in a wide range of dental procedures, excellent communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced clinic handling multiple rooms, and a patient-centered approach.
Personality: fueled by your passion for dentistry and making an impact on your patients' lives, good skillset with the willingness to grow and continue to learn, great, easygoing personality.
