Description:
Make decisions on people and operational matters consistent with goals and objectives of group. Consults and makes recommendations to management on operational issues. Able to impact beyond area of responsibility. Has understanding of applicable legislation and regulations and ensures team compliance. Knowledge encompasses entire scope of concepts, practices and procedures within particular field of specialization. Uses concepts and abilities to manage processes and operations, including procedural changes, inventories and workload management. Applies policies and procedures within health care operations. May also inculde Able to influence beyond area of responsibility. Analyzes and interprets complex data sets to produce decision making information. Interprets and applies policies and procedures within health care operations. Manages and/or oversees intra and inter departmental projects.
Qualifications:
Responsible for functions which range from routine to highly complex within assigned operational area. Scope of oversight may include operations, projects, analytical and people management. Generally instructs, guides and oversees work of either/both exempt and/or non-exempt staff with general direction from manager.
High School diploma or equivalency; Proficient with Microsoft Office; Facets experience preferred Data analysis experience preferred 1-4 years leading a team and/or operational process or equivalent demonstrated experience
