Salary: Competitive, based on experience

Job Description:
Are you a dedicated and compassionate dentist looking to make a positive impact in a growing community? We are seeking a skilled Dentist to join our thriving dental practice in Penitas, TX. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art facility with a supportive team focused on providing excellent patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
Patient Care: Provide comprehensive dental services, including preventive, Invisalign, minor oral surgery, molar RCT, impacted 3rd molars, molar RCT, Veneers and implant placement and restoration.
Diagnosis and Treatment: Diagnose dental conditions and develop effective treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
Patient Education: Educate patients on oral health, preventive care, and treatment options to encourage optimal dental health.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure a seamless patient experience.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Job Requirements:
Education: DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
Licensure: Active and unrestricted dental license in the state of Texas.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply. H1B Candidates encouraged to apply
Skills: Proficiency in a wide range of dental procedures, excellent communication skills, and a patient-centered approach.
Bilingual: English/Spanish - preferred but not required
