Job Description:
Database Administrator is needed to perform the following duties:
Design, Develop, maintain and administer PostgreSQL, MSSQL and Mainframe databases to meet the organization's needs.
Configure and monitor database systems and optimize relational databases by performing data partitions, indexing, and performance tuning.
Evaluate data access and security to ensure that data resources are available to pharmacy customers who need access
Design and Manage Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERD) and documentation of database configurations, schemas, stored procedures, and procedure
Perform backup and recovery strategies to meet or exceed defined business SLA s for the Leroy Pharmacy.
Responsible to manage Amazon Cloud platform and maintain the ongoing integrations and configurations to keep the Cloud platform in a healthy condition.
Monitor database jobs and scheduled processes, perform troubleshooting and provide resolution for any issues with jobs/processes as necessary.
provide support to Pharmacy staff and handle requests and incidents submitted through tickets.
Bachelors Degree is needed in Information Systems or Computer Science or Computer Engineering or Information Technology
