Tasks:
- The Operational Vice President will be setting the strategic direction for the finance operations at SMS Motors, aligning the customer first vision of the company and presenting unique and market leading finance and insurance coverage options to the customers.
- You will be overseeing all finance operations for all dealership locations, ensuring optimized processes and controls in the backend finance operations of the company.
- As the Operations Vice President, you would be researching and introducing better financial products, interest rate deals with the lending corporations and enhanced after sales warranty coverages as a product to be introduced to the customers at SMS Motors.
- You will be in charge of fiscal budgeting, revenue generation and cost management within the finance department of the company to support the overall profitability and sustenance of the business.
- At SMS Motors, the Operations Vice President will be upholding and enhancing the company's reputation for exceptional customer service, quick turnaround time and transactional satisfaction ensuring the organizational service standards are met.
- You will be monitoring recruitment, training and mentoring staff within the finance department, fostering a company culture that values expertise, customer service, and ongoing learning.
- Engaging with customers, financial institutions, insurance corporations and other industry partners to build strong relationships, enhance company's borrowing power which will result in higher inventory volumes and would support business growth.
- Through dedicated expertise, the Operations President will regularly assess product mobility and customer choice, adjusting strategies in response to market trends, customer feedback and would pursue to enhance revenue performance of ancillary products. The candidate will assess potential risks associated with certain products and would develop alternatives to mitigate poor customer satisfaction if any.
