Job Duties:
• Wash, chop, and peel vegetables and fruit for food
preparation.
• Wash and clean surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment.
• Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers,
cupboards, and other storage area.
• Remove trash and clean kitchen garbage containers daily.
• Handle and store cleaning products, and sharpen kitchen knives.
