Job Description:
Work Duties:
Provide strategic direction and leadership.
Develop the business in line with the annual plan, formulated by the CEO and ratified by the Board.
Facilitate coordination between our Beijing headquarters and other global offices.
Make critical decisions on significant business affairs.
Execute marketing strategies and deliver direct services to key clients.
Recruit and mentor managers and supervisors, fostering a robust and skilled team.
Drive financial prosperity and manage cost-effectiveness.
Ensure strict adherence to legal compliance across all business facets.
Represent the company at various social events and functions.
Report directly to the business owner and board of directors.
Job Requirements:
A minimum of ten years of management experience in policing, legal, or security sectors.
Advanced education in relevant fields; a bachelors degree is preferred.
Exceptional self-discipline and intrinsic leadership motivation.
Proven execution skills and efficient work practices.
Availability for overtime and extensive business travel.
Familiarity with East Asian culture and languages is an asset.
Must pass background clearance check.
