Our Client, A litigation firm is seeking Associate Attorneys with 0-4 years experience.
Ideal candidates should desire to be a trial advocate with strong oral and written communication skills, ability to provide thorough legal analysis, while desiring to work in a flexible and collegial environment.
Duties:
- Conduct legal research and analysis on various legal issues
- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and contracts
- Assist in preparing for trials, hearings, and depositions
- Review and analyze documents for discovery purposes
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
- Attend court proceedings and assist with trial preparation
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervising attorneys
Job Requirements:
Experience:
-Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
-Admission to the NV bar association
-atleast 1 year of experience in tort litigation
-Strong research and writing skills
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team
-Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
-Prior experience in a law firm or legal setting is preferred but not required
Skills: Civil Litigation, Trial Advocacy, Legal Analysis, 1 year experience in tort litigation, 1 year experience in tort litigation and an active NV bar license is mandatory
