Position Overview: As an Independent Agent, you will undergo a comprehensive 90-day paid training program where you will learn the ins and outs of the financial services industry. Our training program is designed to equip you with the knowledge and skills needed to succeed in your role. You will have the flexibility to complete the training remotely and at your own pace, allowing you to balance work and other commitments.
Responsibilities:
Participate in the 90-day training program to gain a deep understanding of financial products, industry regulations, and client management techniques.
Assist clients in identifying their financial goals and recommend suitable investment strategies.
Provide exceptional customer service and build long-lasting relationships with clients.
Stay updated on market trends and developments to provide informed advice to clients.
Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team goals.
