Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated HR professional to join our team. As a Human Resources Specialist for Starrchild Foundation, you will play a critical role in supporting and developing our workforce. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with labor laws, implementing HR policies and practices, and fostering a positive and productive work environment. Job Requirements:
Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives
Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews
Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with company policies
Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including orientation and exit interviews
Coordinate and facilitate employee training and development programs
Handle employee relations issues such as grievances, investigations, and disciplinary actions
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR systems
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
Proven experience as an HR professional, preferably in medical/ medical allied industry
In-depth knowledge of HR policies and best practices
Familiarity with labor laws and regulations
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Proficient in HRIS and other HR software applications
