Job Details
As a ScrumMaster, you will support new product development in support of our Enterprise Wide Agile Adoption. This work will drive innovation and quality across our Digital desktop and mobile channels.

This individual will foster open and honest team collaboration and drive process improvements towards a more consistent delivery of working software.


This individual must be able to on-board quickly and determine the state of their team and lead them from the inception through deployment phases

Candidate must be able to establish goals and a create plans for their scrum teams and help drive the team towards achieving those goals as a servant leader. The individual will work daily with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Onshore/Offshore development and QA teams and business and IT stakeholders


Responsibilities Include:
    2-3+ years prior experience as a Scrum Master in a digital & mobile development environment, including hands-on experience as a servant leader, facilitation of Agile ceremonies and a user of JIRA, Rally or similar tool Solid understanding of the Software/Project Management Lifecycle (SDLC/PMLC) and program and project management techniques, methodologies and best practices. Managing cross team dependencies across our business, release management, third party development & QA and other scrum teams. Strong verbal communication, presentation, collaboration and teamwork skills with demonstrated ability to gain trust, secure buy-in and influence change at all levels. Comfortable with facilitation skills in both small and large-group settings. A highly collaborative, energetic team player with demonstrated ability to be flexible, diplomatic, persistent, and energetic. Comfortable with ambiguity, open to change, working in a fast-paced and fluid environment. Ability to navigate and be successful in both a "start-up" culture within a large organization and established, larger company environment. Works on extremely complex projects (or multiple projects) spanning across business areas where analysis requires evaluation of intangible variance factors. Able to impact and influence beyond area of responsibility. Proven ability to determine key business issues, develop effective action plans and implement to successful conclusion.





Qualifications:




Job Required Education/Experience Education/Requirements:
• Generally requires Master's degree or equivalent experience.
    2-3+ years of direct experience working with Agile Methods, especially facilitation of the scrum process as a servant leader 5+ years of IT Project Management, Software Development, Product Management, or QA experience. Direct experience working with technology and tools used to support Agile practices - experience with JIRA a plus. Experience working with both onshore and offshore distributed teams



Job Additional Education/Experience
    Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Certified Product Owner (CPO) or SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) certifications are preferred.
