Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable individual to join our team as an Inventory Control Clerk to tracking all the inventory to ensure our company maintains proper inventory levels for products as needed.
Responsibilities
-Perform physical counts of inventory on warehouse sites, track the incoming and outgoing inventory;
-Ensure inventory is stored properly; compile reports on quantity, type and value of goods;
-Maintain accurate inventory records by regular cycle counts and check;
-Implement the company’s inventory control systems to record, organize and maintain stock;
-Advice to optimize inventory control process and procedures; upgrade the computerized inventory system;
-Collaborate with the purchasing department to ensure timely delivery of goods and materials;
-Keep efficient communication with suppliers regarding sampling and packing;
-Follow up with the shipment and arrange the stock replenishment and inventory adjustments;
-Manage delivery reception, check and sign for shipments.
Job Requirements:
-A secondary school diploma or equivalent
-One (1) year experience as inventory control worker, data entry clerk, administrative assistant or in a similar role
-Ability to work with computer, database and computerized systems
-Strong Attention to details
-Good interpersonal and communication skill
