Job Description:
RORO Holding Inc. is seeking a talented and experienced 3D Modeler to join our dynamic team. We are dedicated to pushing the boundaries of innovation and delivering exceptional results to our clients.
Postion: 3D Modeler
Working Hour: 40h/week
Salary Rate: $ 32/h
Responsibilities:
• Create high-quality, detailed 3D models for use in various projects, including but not limited to gaming, animation, product visualization, virtual reality, and augmented reality.
• Collaborate closely with art directors, designers, and other team members to understand project requirements and deliver exceptional visual solutions.
• Take ownership of projects from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to enhance project outcomes.
• Iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders to achieve the desired aesthetic and functionality.
• Conduct research and stay updated on industry trends and advancements in 3D modeling, animation, and related technologies.
• Assist in the creation of storyboards, animatics, and other pre-visualization materials to effectively communicate design concepts.
• Maintain organized files and documentation, including version control, to facilitate smooth project workflows.
• Collaborate with engineers and developers to ensure seamless integration of 3D assets into various platforms and applications.
Job Requirements:
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in an art technology-related major or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in hard surface and organic modeling, 3D carving, character design, 3D character rigging, and 3D animation.
• Proficiency in using Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere.
• Experience in 3D Printing technology.
• Experience in game design and development will be preferred.
• Experience with sculpting software such as ZBrush or Mudbox will be asset.
• Familiarity with game engines like Unity or Unreal Engine will be an asset.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with team members.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach to challenges.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Adaptability and flexibility to accommodate evolving project requirements and deadlines.
