Job Description:
Milo Productions Inc. is currently seeking a Media Administrator to join our innovative team in the media and entertainment industry. As a Media Administrator, you will be responsible for managing digital assets, organizing media content, and providing support to various departments to ensure the efficient operation of our company's media production activities.


Job Requirements:
Job Responsibilities:
Manage digital media files, including organizing, categorizing, and archiving content for easy retrieval.
Coordinate with production teams to ensure timely delivery of media assets and facilitate smooth workflow processes.
Monitor and maintain media databases and systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
Assist with media production tasks, such as video editing, audio mixing, and graphic design, as needed.
Collaborate with content creators and editors to ensure consistency and quality in media output.
Support marketing and promotional activities by providing media assets for advertising campaigns and social media platforms.
Troubleshoot technical issues related to media equipment, software, and platforms to minimize downtime and disruptions.
Assist with the development and implementation of media management policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and productivity.


Job Requirements:
High-School Degree.
Understanding basic operations of media editing software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop) or Final Cut Pro.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling media files and content.
Knowledge of media formats, codecs, and compression techniques.
Familiarity with digital media storage and retrieval systems.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new software and technologies related to media production and management.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and follow directions from supervisors.
