Job Description:
• Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth objectives.
• Supervise the functionality of financial control systems to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards, policies, and procedures.
• Fully accountable for the income statement, balance sheet and free cash flow statement.
• Work closely with Founder/CEO to develop financial strategies, analyze performance, and manage risks, ensuring alignment with the company's objectives and driving long-term growth.
• Effectively oversee annual budget management, identifying discrepancies, and proposing enhancements.
• Examine and validate payroll processing and calculations, collaborating closely with finance teams to address any discrepancies or queries.
• Prepare and/or assess financial statements board meetings, audits, tax obligations, or other statutory needs.
• Serve as a bridge between the organization and its stakeholders, investors, and external financial analysts.
• Forecast financial performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Assessing the company's long- and short-term goals and making informed financial projections accordingly.
• Assist the tax team by fulfilling needs related to monthly tax provision preparation, annual tax returns, statutory financial filings, and similar obligations.
• Lead, arrange, oversee, and assess the day-to-day activities, encompassing planning, organization, direction, and control, to ensure optimal operational performance.
• Supervise the operation and effectiveness of financial control systems to ensure they are functioning efficiently and in accordance with established standards and regulations.
Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field is required.
•Master’s degree in related field or professional designations such as CPA or CMA is desirable.
WAGES
•55.00 to 60.00 hourly (To be negotiated).

•Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other financial planning software.
•Financial reporting and tax experience
