Job Description:
Hourly Wage: $26-28.00/hour

JJob Description:
1. Prepare, key in, edit, and proofread correspondence, invoices, presentations, brochures, publications, reports, and related materials.
2. Open and distribute incoming regular and electronic mail, coordinating the flow of information related to applications and student queries.
3. Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings with clients seeking educational consulting.
4. Maintain an inventory of office supplies, ensuring the smooth operation of our busy consulting office.
5. Answer telephone and electronic inquiries, providing timely responses to clients with study-related questions.
6. Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems, focusing on the confidentiality and organization of academic documents.
7. Determine and establish office procedures that enhance efficiency in handling educational cases.
8. Greet visitors, determine the nature of their business, and direct them to appropriate consultants for study abroad advice.
9. Record and prepare minutes of meetings that often involve discussions on strategic approaches to educational services.
10. Arrange travel schedules and make reservations, particularly for staff involved in international educational conventions.
11. Compile data, statistics, and other information to support research activities on educational opportunities.


Job Requirements:
Job Requirement:
1. Completion of secondary school is required, with a preference for those who have completed a one- or two-year college program for administrative assistants or secretaries.
2. Previous work experience in an administrative role, preferably within a visa, study abroad, or consulting firm.
3. Proficiency in both written and spoken and read Chinese and English to effectively communicate with a diverse client base.
4. Demonstrated ability to make administrative and procedural decisions with a focus on educational consulting needs.
5. Exceptional organizational and coordination skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
6. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
