REMOTE WORK FROM HOME AVAILABLE
Seeking Controls Design experience for automated production or processing equipment. Shall design electrical controls and power distribution for equipment including:
*** Liquid & Powder Fillers
*** Primary Package Handlers
*** Rotary Cappers
*** Plastic film web handling
*** Die cutters & hole punchers
*** Label Printers & Coders
*** Boxers & Casers
*** Gas purge & vacuum seal mechanisms
*** Pumps
*** Motors & servo drives
*** Automatic loaders and hopper feeders
*** Machine vision systems
*** Conveyors
Requires:
*** Experience designing, testing, troubleshooting, and programming controls for production machinery, or similar.
*** Experience with PLCs, HMIs, high-speed servos, stepper motors, DC and AC motors, motion controllers, variable frequency drives, etc.
*** Experience selecting motors, fuses, breakers, transformers, controllers, etc.
*** Experience developing wiring diagrams, single line diagrams, electrical schematics, manuals, or other engineering documents.
