Job Description:
Will act as Post silicon High Bandwidth Memory (HBM) team lead; will be point of contact for all HBM related integration issues; debug any HBM related failures to discover root cause and possible solutions; design and code HBM screening tests for manufacturing builds; validate system runtime integration with HBM and create specifications for fault management and error handling; will also act as operations support lead for DDR memory; will be point of contact for DDR memory related issues on previous architectures; provide debug support for DDR failures in the field (both internal and external systems); maintain test scripts for DDR screening in manufacturing.
Job Requirements:
MASTER'S DEGREE IN ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING OR ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING AND COMPUTER SCIENCES OR RELATED FIELD REQUIRED.
