Description:



Participates in all aspects of internal communications at Blue Shield of California. Develops and implements communication strategies for senior management. Develops message platforms, writes, edits and produces internal communication messages. Responsible for assignments, which range from routine to moderately difficult in scope. Functions independently with minimal oversight and direction. Applies initiative and independent judgment to resolve non-routine problems. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Frequently interacts with senior management.





Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree and five years of related experience in internal communications or equivalent combination of education and experience. Uses internal communications concepts and company policies and procedures to solve a wide range of difficult problems in imaginative ways.
