Job Description: Project Planning: Development of a comprehensive project plan, including defining project goals, objectives, and scope. Creating a schedule and setting milestones for various project activities. Budget Management: Estimate project costs, prepare budgets, and monitor expenses throughout the project lifecycle. Ensure the project stays within budgetary limits and make adjustments as necessary. Resource Allocation: Identify the necessary resources (labor, materials, equipment) for the project and coordinate their allocation. Management of subcontractors and suppliers, negotiation of contracts and supervision of procurement processes. Team Management: Build and lead a project team including architects, engineers, contractors and other professionals. Assign tasks, provide guidance, and monitor team member performance. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. Implement security protocols and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and codes. Monitor and resolve any issues that arise during the construction process. Stakeholder Communication and Management: Serving as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and government officials. Facilitate effective communication and manage expectations throughout the project. Quality Control: Monitor and ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications. Conducting regular inspections to identify and correct any construction deficiencies or deviations from plans. Progress Reports: Providing regular updates on project progress, including milestones achieved, challenges encountered, and overall performance. Prepare reports for management and stakeholders to keep them informed. Change Management: Managing changes to project scope, schedule, and budget. Evaluate change requests, assess their impact, and make decisions in consultation with relevant parties. Project Closure: Supervising project completion, including final inspections, documentation, and customer handover. Conducting post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.
