Job Description:
-Develop and execute a technology strategy aligned with business objectives and long-term vision.
-Lead digital transformation efforts across project management, construction operations, and client engagement.
-Identify and evaluate emerging technologies relevant to the construction industry.
-Collaborate with teams and partners to develop custom software solutions.
-Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
-Oversee design, development, and implementation of construction-specific software solutions.
-Implement and optimize Azure cloud services strategy.
-Manage Azure services for scalability, reliability, and security.
-Implement Microsoft Intune for device and application management.
-Develop and enforce device compliance and security policies using Intune.
-Configure and manage SharePoint environments for collaboration and document management.
-Ensure SharePoint compliance with governance and data retention policies.
-Monitor and enhance security measures across Azure, Intune, and SharePoint.
-Lead and mentor IT team in Azure, Intune, and SharePoint expertise.
-Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
-Manage vendor relationships for software and services.
-Communicate technology needs and project progress to stakeholders.
-Research and implement tools to enhance efficiency and collaboration.
-Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
-Monitor performance of Azure, Intune, and SharePoint deployments.
Job Requirements:
-Completion of a Canadian Diploma degree or similar to it, other IT certifications are an asset.
-Worked with other organizations in similar environments such as describing job duties and System Administrator,
-HelpDesk Support and On-site Technical Support experience is required.
-Flexible hours including weekends.
-High ability with quality software and databases.
-Full G Driver's License
