Job Description:
1.Manage the full life cycle of investment projects, including planning, execution, monitoring,and closure, ensuring projects are completed according to set objectives.
2.Collaborate closely with team members and external partners to ensure effective resourceallocation and to address challenges encountered during project implementation.
3.Conduct market research and analysis to support investment decisions and ensure projectsalign with current market trends and demands.
4.Monitor and manage project fi nances to ensure cost-eff ectiveness and regularly assessproject returns.
5.Report project progress to management regularly, including risk assessments, problem-solvingsolutions, and strategy adjustments.
6.Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, clients, andgovernment agencies.
7.Continuously improve project management processes to enhance team effi ciency and projectexecution quality.
Job Requirements:
1.Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture, Engineering Management, Real Estate, BusinessManagement, or a related field.
2.At least 5 years of project management experience in relevant fi elds, with a preference forcandidates with a background in real estate and hospitality.
3.Profi cient in project management software, such as MS Project, Excel, etc.
4.Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
5.Strong communication skills and team spirit, able to work with team members from diversebackgrounds.
6.Outstanding time management and organizational skills, capable of managing multipleprojects simultaneously.
7.Fluent in English, with additional language skills considered a plus.
