Job Description:
1.Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance the visibility and positioning of ourinvestment projects within the real estate and hospitality sectors.
2.Lead branding initiatives, content creation, and digital marketing campaigns to attract potentialinvestors and maintain engagement with existing partners.
3.Organize and manage investor relations events, including webinars, presentations, and one-on-one meetings, to communicate project progress and investment opportunities.
4.Serve as the primary point of contact for our investors, addressing inquiries, providingupdates, and fostering strong, lasting relationships.
5.Collaborate with the investment and project management teams to ensure consistentmessaging and to leverage insights for marketing content.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust marketing strategies and tacticsaccordingly.
6.Manage the marketing budget eff ectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achievemarketing goals.
Measure and report on the eff ectiveness of marketing campaigns and investor relationsactivities, adjusting strategies based on data-driven insights.
Job Requirements:
1.Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or arelated field.
2.At least 2 years of experience in marketing or client relations, with a strong preference forcandidates with a background in real estate, hospitality, or investment management.
3.Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing strategies, with a strongunderstanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.
4.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage eff ectively withinvestors, partners, and internal teams.
5.Proven ability to organize and manage events, both virtual and in-person.
Strong analytical skills, with experience in measuring and optimizing marketing performance.
6.Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and strategy development.
7.Fluent in English, with Japanese language skills considered a plus.
