Job Description:
IT Support:
1.Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure for the organization.
2.Provide technical support to staff , addressing all hardware and software issues promptly.
3.Ensure data security, network access, and system backups are maintained to high standards.
4.Collaborate with external IT service providers to resolve issues and implement newtechnologies.
5.Conduct regular system audits to ensure technology is up-to-date and compliant with industrystandards.
Data Analysis:
1.Collect, process, and analyze data from various sources to support investment decisions andoperational improvements.
2.Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics, and otherstrategies that optimize statistical effi ciency and quality.
3.Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques, and provide ongoing reports.
4.Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
Work closely with management to prioritize business and information needs.
Job Requirements:
1.Bachelor’s degree in Information 2.Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.
3.Proven experience in an IT support role, including familiarity with database management,cloud services, and security protocols.
Experience in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Tableau).
4.Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate signifi cantamounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
5.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Strong communication skills, capable of eff ectively articulating technical concepts to non-technical team members.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
6.A keen interest in the financial sector, particularly real estate and hospitality investments, is a plus.
